What we do differently
None of these is a slogan. Each one changes what a job costs or what you end up with.
Camera before quote
Nobody can tell what is in a drain from the fixture, so we stopped guessing. A camera goes down the line before a repair is quoted, and you watch the same screen we do. It is slower at the start and considerably cheaper by the end.
The price before the work
You are told what a job costs before it begins, and nothing proceeds until you agree to it. That applies at two in the morning exactly as it does at two in the afternoon.
The cheaper option first
Relining gets assessed before replacement because it avoids digging. Clearing gets assessed before relining because sometimes a line is simply dirty. Starting at the expensive end is easy and we do not do it.
Telling you when you do not need us
If the camera shows a sound pipe, that is the finding. If a scheduled clean would not pay for itself on your property, we say so. Work nobody needed is how a trade loses the next five jobs.
What the business actually does
Blocked drains, every kind
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, toilet, sewer and stormwater. Clearing a blockage is the largest part of what we do and the reason most people call.
Finding out why it blocked
Drain camera work, so the cause is identified rather than guessed. This is what separates a drain that stays clear from one that blocks again in autumn.
Repairing the pipe itself
Trenchless relining where a pipe is cracked or roots are getting in, and replacement where a line has collapsed and a liner cannot restore it.
Commercial and strata drainage
Kitchens, unit blocks, offices and industrial sites, on scheduled programmes and emergency call-outs, with records a committee or a manager can use.
What we will not claim
No customer counts and no awards. Not because either could never be true, but because we have not put anything on this site that we could not back up if you asked us to.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Any guarantee we offered would be set out in writing with the quote, and it would say exactly what it covers. We do not make a general guarantee claim on this page, because an unqualified promise on a website is worth nothing to you when something goes wrong.
How quickly can you get here?
We aim to reach most Sydney jobs within 60 minutes. Sydney traffic and what is already running affect that on the day, so treat it as what we aim for rather than a promise.
What we can say is that drain calls are taken 24 hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays, and that an overflow into a property is treated as an emergency.
Do you do general plumbing as well as drains?
Drains and drainage are the specialisation, and it is what this site is about. If you need drainage work, from a blocked kitchen sink through to relining a failed sewer line, that is squarely what we do.
For anything outside drainage, ring and ask rather than assuming either way.
