Areas We Serve Across Sydney
Nineteen coverage areas and 249 suburbs, from the city terraces through to the western estates. Pick the part of Sydney you are in and you will find the council area, the suburbs under it, and what tends to go wrong with drains in that part of town.

Find your part of Sydney
Seven regions, nineteen coverage areas. Each one links through to the suburbs under it.
26 suburbs, all of them in the City of Sydney.
34 suburbs across the Inner West, Canada Bay, Burwood, Canterbury-Bankstown and Strathfield coverage areas.
25 suburbs across the Randwick, Waverley and Woollahra council areas.
60 suburbs across the Canterbury-Bankstown, Bayside and Georges River council areas.
23 suburbs across the Ryde, Hunter's Hill, Lane Cove and Willoughby council areas.
75 suburbs across the Blacktown, Parramatta, Fairfield, Cumberland and Canterbury-Bankstown council areas.
6 suburbs, all of them in The Hills Shire.
Finding your area
Find the council area first
Drainage follows council boundaries more closely than it follows postcodes, because the age of the housing stock and the era the mains were laid tend to track with the local government area.
Then your suburb
Each area lists the suburbs under it. The suburb page covers what is typical locally and links to the service that deals with it.
Every service, everywhere
Coverage does not vary by suburb. Camera work, clearing, relining and replacement are available across all of it, and so is the 24 hour line.
If your suburb is not listed
Ring anyway. The listed suburbs are where most of the work is, not a boundary we refuse to cross.
The same service in every suburb
Every service on this site is available across the whole coverage area. A camera inspection in Blacktown is the same job as a camera inspection in Bondi Junction, priced the same way, with the price confirmed before the work starts either way.
What does change is what tends to be wrong. Older inner suburbs on clay earthenware pipe have a different typical problem from newer estates on PVC, which is what the suburb pages are for.
Coverage questions
Do you charge more to come to outer suburbs?
There is no call-out fee anywhere in the coverage area, so distance does not add a fee for attending.
What a job costs is decided by the work itself, and you are given that figure before anything starts regardless of where the property is.
My suburb is not on the list. Can you still come?
Almost certainly. The listed suburbs are the ones with their own pages, which reflects where most of the work is rather than a hard boundary.
Ring and give us the suburb. If it is genuinely outside what we cover we will say so rather than wasting your time.
Is the 24 hour line really available everywhere you list?
Yes. Drain calls are taken through the night, on weekends and on public holidays across the whole coverage area.
We aim to reach most Sydney jobs within 60 minutes, though traffic and what is already running will affect it on the day.
Do you work on strata and commercial properties in these areas?
Yes, across all of them. Unit blocks, body corporate properties, offices and food premises are covered by commercial and strata drain cleaning, and shared lines between units are a large part of that work.
Book a drainer in your suburb
It does not matter. Give us the suburb and we will work it out. The quickest route for anything blocked is still the phone.
NSW Licence 306733C. Fully insured. $0 call-out fee. Blocked drains cleared from $69.
