Guildford: common questions
Do you service Guildford?
Yes. Guildford (2161) is covered, and the $0 call-out applies here as everywhere else. Merrylands, about 2.4 km away, is covered too, and so is everything between the two.
Straddling two suburbs? Give us the street on the phone.
What council covers Guildford?
Guildford is in the Cumberland City Council area.
For the pipework it changes nothing. The private wastewater line is yours up to the point where it connects to the Sydney Water system, and that connection is not always at the boundary. Stormwater responsibility is separate and depends on the asset owner.
What will it cost in Guildford?
Coming out and looking costs nothing, and clearing starts at $69. The figure for your job is settled before work starts. The blocked drains page sets out how that is worked out.
Can you come out at night in Guildford?
Yes. Nights, weekends and public holidays included. Waste water inside the property is an emergency blocked drain and wants a phone call, not a form.
